Charbhuja Product’s Fe 500D TMT Rebars are a specialized grade of reinforcement bars manufactured under precise process conditions to ensure enhanced strength compared to standard TMT grades. These rebars are perfectly suited for heavy-load RCC structures such as flyovers, bridges, dams, and other critical infrastructure where high yield strength is essential without sacrificing ductility. Along with the trusted features of Charbhuja Product TMT Rebars, Fe 500D Rebars also offer the following key advantages.
Charbhuja Product TMT Rebars do not require any pre- or post-welding treatment due to their low carbon content and precise thermomechanical manufacturing process.
The controlled thermomechanical treatment also produces a uniform and thick tempered martensitic rim that is completely free from internal stress. This martensitic rim enhances the corrosion resistance and fatigue strength of Charbhuja Product’s Fe 500D TMT Rebars when compared to other TMT rebars.
Ast = 0.85xMxD/fy where,
Ast = Area of Steel in tension M=Moment in Tension
D = Depth of Section fy =Stress of Steel in tension
Therefore, it is evident from the above calculations that higher the tensile strength, lesser is the consumption of steel.
| Type of Structure | Steel requirement by using Fe 415 | Steel requirement by using Fe500 | Saving in Steel by using Fe 500 |

Or Fe 415/415 D is 415N/mm2 and 500 N/mm2 for Fe 500D TMT Re-bars.
Charbhuja Product Steel TMT Re-bars Fe 500D is effective over usual HYSD Steel Bars. It saves upto 17% of steel.

Global demand for microalloyed low-alloyed rebars primarily comes from sectors such as power, oil and gas extraction, road and bridge construction, and port development. This demand is driven by their enhanced strength-ductility balance, corrosion resistance, and improved toughness.
Charbhuja Product CRS TMT Rebars have undergone rigorous testing in aggressive corrosion environments and have been evaluated for multiple corrosion resistance properties as per ASTM standards including the alternate immersion test, salt spray test, atmospheric exposure test, sulfur dioxide test, and potentiodynamic test. Based on these corrosion tests, Charbhuja CRS TMT Rebars have proven to be more corrosion-resistant than conventional TMT rebars available in the market.
